We seek substantial funds to finance the purchase of flats throughout Greater London, renting them on long term leases to {currently} homeless families in Temporary Accommodation (TA) with rents paid DIRECT from the DWP (the Department for Work and Pensions, a UK Government Agency). 

To completely solve the challenge of rehoming homeless families living in Temporary Accommodation will take at least ten years and at least £100 billion, far too much for one single investor. We have broken down the ‘challenge’ into ‘manageable’ pieces and seek your help by joining a consortium of fellow Institutional / Professional / Sophisticated investors to help us in starting to solve this embarrassing societal problem.

Our first ‘manageable’ piece is a raise of £250m, 25 x £10m ‘slices’ of Redeemable Preference Shares. Once we have achieved this activity, CarradaleLondon can launch its program to purchase circa 700 flats throughout Greater London to provide stable, long term housing for currently homeless families in TA.

Subject to ongoing financial support from investors, we can solve an increasing number of £250m ‘manageable’ pieces.
